Disney hotstar sucks so bad. If not mistaken at disney+ most movies like star wars latest is all in 4k hdr, but hotstar we get all 5.1 lol topkek wei.

Only newer series and movies got dolby vision. Correct me if im wrong. Like the force awaken those shud have 4k hdr at disney+. And avengers

ya hotstar is diff level. if u avid disney fan, i recommend subscribe expressvpn + disney+.

Tat i not sure, i see can buy proper subscription from proper ppl at lowyat forum. Don buy the cheap one, buy account sharing one

disney+hotstar is definitely not worth to subscribe at all. I dunno why we get this stupid hotstar but singapore getting disney+. Losing out so much content in dolby vision. Fuk it man. Stop thinking about using hotstar unless they fix the stupid app.

I saw the workaround for singapore disney+ . Should be a better way to go.

Wow this cant even change subtitle preferences. If not mistaken disney+ can… and i dont know is it hotstar or loki no support atmos, there is no atmos.

Anyone on disney+ can check if Loki came with dolby atmos?

ohh great, ur unifi how many mbps? cos last time i try expressvpn US server, macam struggling to get 4k HDR. but netflix ok netflix can wait buffer abit then will go up to 4k reso.

Lol cos is free stuff. Singapore one really canmot even expressvpn. But US vpn still works. And also seems like disney is more actively stopping ppl using bypass lol. I guess it has to do with their modus operandi. Hotstar is more like collab between local and disney, so local provider also earn money.

Not like netflix, is no collab so they don really give much fuk lol.

i have tried expressvpn with disney+, hardly can get 4k reso at all. and their singapore server cannot work with disney+.. only australia and US server ok.

my line 300mbps also cannot get 4k.. dunno why. there is no quality tier for US disney+ right.

On shieldtv, very easy, if u cannot switch on nvidia ai upscaling, means is 4k. If still can switch between basic and ai upscaling, means it is not native 4k.

Yeah maybe u can try see but not sure how ur device show whether is 4k or not.. cos i remember last time disney+ app if u press info on remote control it will show sometjing like wat netflix show.

ah that sucks.. i saw reddit there they downgrade also same.. i tried using expressvpn mediastreamer on LG TV but it no longer able to show the bitrate and resolution so not sure is 4k or not.
