Astro subscription not live yet

can only login with phone. cannot login with astro id. zzzzzz seems like website still fixing.

why my subscription still pending? already deduct 54.90 from my acc but still cant access yet

Nak boycott pun tak boleh, I got it through astro. So I am stuck with it. And no, I can't cancel astro because others at home still use astro for other content. 

Just left less than 10 days, anyone will continue their standalone subscription?

This is my experience with Disney+ Hotstar after being subscribed for 1 month+:

   1) Extreme stuttering when streaming online with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e. Issue goes away when I download and watch them offline — however not all shows are available for offline download. No issues so far with my Samsung S20+.
   2) The service doesn't remember correctly where you stopped watching and will not resume correctly either on the same device or another device. Only works like 25% of the time.
   3) Lack of profile so movie/shows preferences are all over the place and history gets all jumbled up.
   4) The lack of English subtitles on many English shows are also an inexcusable offense as there are many people who are hearing-impaired and would like to read subtitles in English.

The only saving grace for the app is its world-class contents but their app and overall interface needs a major rework in order to be competitive in the market.
I will definitely stop after my 3 months of subscription are up and stay off of them until either they figure out a way to overhaul everything, or just switch to the proper Disney+ experience instead which I heard has a lot less problems.

I cannot find Cancel Membership link. shit.

Just to confirm, does Disney Hotstar charge us every quarterly? I just got charged rm55.45 this month
