Hello, my budget for refreshing my 20 years old terrace is rm50k, what can I do with this budget?

50k do 2 toilets maybe not enough also

Re-do whole house wiring and grounding, change all to MEGA cable 4mm regardless for light switch or heater/aircond/oven sockets.

Use 16mm for grounding and add more copper rods.

Change the whole DB to use EPS MCBs and RCCB/Main Switch 0.03 sensitivity.

Your house will be freaking awesome after that.

You are asking people who has never seen your house and don’t know what are the things needed to be done to give you suggestions what to do? If you don’t know what to do, please don’t waste the 50k you budgeted.

I think with 50k, you can repaint your house, replace new spandex roofing, replace new ceiling if its already in bad shape.
Refurbish your bathroom by using new tiles.
Install new SPC flooring.
Cant do much wet works.
