One industry that gets the runaround: Oil & gas operators. We're not under MITI, we're not under Energy, we're vaguely related to PMO but nothing is explicit.

You would think it's that easy. The nature of block operators are not specific to one or can be categorized into a single area. Up until now, there is no single PAC has got MITI approval because of the nature of the business.
