I don't think there's any confusion.

I think right now letters from respective Ministry's only can be used.

So if you're industry is under MITI, then you need letter from MITI.

Employers cannot issue letter anymore.

Employee badge. But i still think employee letter is needed. My company giving both company letter + MITI.

employer can issue letter..but it will not be part of the document to cross state or district

you can take employer letter as part of justification to go police station to get the letter signed

I don't see how hard is it to understand. You need MITI/other kementerian letter to travel. How you get the MITI/other kementerian letter I don't know. But you can't use employer letter alone to travel.

Read the first line.

even you are professional category which under MITI. you have to reapply to get updated letter

provided that MITI approve your company as part of essential
