i heard if kena covid, some will not feel much effect but in actual your blood oxygen level goes low, and danger if below 91%.

thought want to keep one unit at home and found this quite cheap in shopee, any other reliable recommendation or comment?

or just use samsung phone saja?

Adoi even in hospital its all about clinical signs and symptoms.

Its better if you watchout for shortness of breath, decreased effort tolerance (cepat penat), fever and such.

You tengok spo2 24jam nanti takut bodo je.

u better make sure they really work, cause there are some immoral businessman will just sell you anything, like during covid start, ppl do sell blue led that claim to emit UV light that can kill germ for less than RM20, ppl debunk it and they stop selling, imagine you use them and think its safe, but actually its not, die also donno why.

These oximeters below RM100 are as useful as cheap handheld thermometers.

oximeters of like this are quite cheap only. accuracy is so-so
even my own honor band got an oximeter, but its only going to run when activated, not all the time. and its not particularly accurate.
it uses is light shining thru the finger to detect the oxygen composition in your bloodstream but this kind of crocodile clip is not comfortable to use for long time. and probably dont have logging (only real-time)

i got my own CONTEC CMS50F with finger probe (its like a watch with wire to attach to the finger) that can track overnight because of sleep apnea paranoia that turned out to be false.
well guess can use for kobis if needed. dry.gif

probably not
probably too much caffeine just faks up my sleep. rclxub.gif
logger doesnt indicate any drop in SPO2 and after cutting more caffeine i have more well-rested nights than before.
