The bandar sunway actually is under Petaling jaya or subang jaya?

If not mistaken, pjs 10, 6 and some part of pjs 7 under pj.

Sunway pyramid under pjs11, should be sj but their put address under pj. A bit confusing on that area.

What is your concern about under which local authority ?

One should not be confused between postal code and local authority jurisdiction.

Postal code are for ease of mail distribution by the POS msia.

Eg. Taman Kinrara 1 in Puchong is under MBSJ but has a KL postcode.

U can actually google map Petaling District, it will show up the area under Petaling District

Use Smart Selangor parking app. It will show which local authority.

Petaling, until the npe ramp.
From the end of ss14 till the ramp after npe toll is PJ.
After the ramp is KL.

Subang Jaya cover usj and SS area. Where's the exact split of area.
I'm not sure but it would be somewhere after ss14 till the 3K library area
