Whether there is enough member or not, your price stays the same. My responsibility is to provide that security for you. I front the money and take that risk, on top of that, I'll have to keep track of each member and send you an annual reminder, in some cases even keep chasing for the money. If I were to adjust your rate based on the amount of member, it would be a very complex transaction and we will be moving small amount of money as people come in and out. That's unnecessary work for both of us. Fair does not necessarily mean same price, you have to look into risk and responsibility. If I bear the risk and do all the work but price is even, wouldn't that be unfair? Mind you, no profit for me other than my slot is covered. Youtube premium for an individual is RM20.90 a month. My slot runs about RM8.33 a month (RM100 a year). Your choice to look at this gap or that gap you've highlighted.

I got your point. You are fronting the money hence there is always concern on who's gonna pay and who's not.
One option I practice for my Spotify subs is to collect the subscription for a full year upfront from everyone. Then, for subsequent payments, I would remind everyone a month before the subscription ends. This way, I have all the funds up front. Peyment deadline is two weeks before the subscription end. If they don’t pay by then, they’re out of the group and easily can find new replacement.
Of course with this strategy, no nego for monthly or halfway subs, no chasing for payments. If members decide to leave halfway through the subs, it's their own fault. If they do not wish to continue, just enjoy the remaining subscription.

You can remind them 1 month early, some people will still be late. Whether on purpose or no, it doesn't matter. The point is you still have to do the chasing.

When they are out, a replacement may take some time. Influx for people coming in are seasonal. The point is, you still gotta look and this is the risk you have to account in.

Third, you can't sync everyone's date. It's not possible. As time goes, people come, people go, it will mess up, so you still gotta track and manage.

Again, these are all work, time, money and risk. I'm not asking how to manage, I'm just telling you why people won't do it for free because essentially, that's what you asked.
