It already comes with google framework, search for google play store apk from apkmirror or apkpure

Alternatively if you still want to change the whole firmware to the global variant, you need to unlock your bootloader first with mi unlock tool and then flash the global variant. You can search all these info from https://www.xda-developers.com or mi forum.
