I'm looking for new/newly completed landed terrace house (as long as developer unit). Preferably within 30 mins drive to KL and PJ. Budget up to RM1.2 mil. Leasehold/freehold also OK.

So far Elmina and 16 Sierra seems to be the best candidates. Any other suggestions/recommendations? Have any landed residential developments at Kwasa Damansara area launched yet?
