For my experience for last time US AWS packet loss problem , i did something below :
1. Create report in unifi portal (useless they will dispatch a installer go ur house change ur router because in their system they only see Internet Down)
2. Report to MCMC , DO NOT CLOSE AND KEEP REOPEN ONCE THEY NEVER PROVIDE THE ETA OR REPLY
3. Call 100 and keep telling them this issue , spam call je once u free
4. Go keep the MCMC aduan number and TM reference number , go DM unifi twitter , unifi twitter will straight away tell you to provide PingPlotter results



Then give your MCMC aduan number and TM reference number to them , they will follow up

Its seems like TM also have congested from local ISP
From TIME - TM Speedtest Server
start from 3pm then congestion start

Confirmed , 9.21pm
Ping Spike from TIME to TM since 3pm today
Speedtest shows 100ms + streamyx upload speed





U Mobile server also have spike , seems like becuz they use TM routing
kesian unifi users

try to set your Computer hosts to fix the MCMC IP Address
their Name servers sometime down and refused query

seems like it happening now

or this ip will work for aduan.skmm.gov.my also

its was actually hosted locally
if u put this ip into hosts

not sure why they change and put CDN infront (some sort of CDN seems like)

i think becuz route over Myix and Myix overload thats why

Because they change the A record of the domain name to local IP i guess? (via TIME i think is local IP lah)
I remember last time is under this IP (from the screenshot u provide last time)

Seems like TM having congestion again to US and also SG?
BuyVM server almost all got spike
Nowander my friend using unifi when download thing from my BuyVM got very unstable speed
sometime fullspeed 100Mbps sometime 10Mbps

SG i saw here Linode and VULTR got spike
and packet loss is horrible

I guess it route over US? and only to Taiwan?

It may be their route server on US
or their Internal Network Problem

Is it because of RTM server is under TM IP
and all traffic is going through MYIX for those not using private peering
I get severe high ping spike until 100ms and buffering for my unifiPlayTV , same goes to RTM

Before this TIME route over MYIX , then have packet loss + high ping when Olympics Tokyo 2020 (since RTM uses local CDN which point to TM and flooding TM network) , then TIME changed route over Equinix - HE.NET - TM

now i got high ping + packet loss again

even Digi also got affected
i can't ssh into my JP server

Edit : TIME also kena
600ms + to my JP server but still can connect , 20% packet loss
Cloudflare SG to my JP server very very very terrible

Yup , it was a global fault right now
even Oracle JP Osaka also kena
i was playing Minecraft with Cloudflare tunnel to my JP Osaka server and then i found many of my frd complaining they got dc every 10 seconds
guess what?
Cloudflare SG IP : 172.70.92.219
JP Osaka - CF SG :





All traffic from Cloudflare MY / SG - Asia / US might be dead

Seems like the issue is “resolved” now
Oracle change NTT to Tata
but i guess just because now morning the traffic is reduced maybe ?
Lets see tomorrow how
