Sometimes could be water pipes

sound of chair dragging and coin /marble dropping could be a sign of water hammer.

shouldn't simply put blame on neighbours and curse them without proof.

Maybe that person not enough chair at home ... have to drag. Consider contribute some chairs.

Honestly, if everyday drag also one feel tired, unless not human.

Sounds like you never heard water hammer sound before. dont take that as a literal "hammering" sound.

I heard in hotel n service apmt b4

But its very diff from chair dragging

There is no way water hammer is same with chair drag
