Hi all, I want to buy a compact Digital Camera between
Canon Ixus 950 IS and Panasonic Lumix DMC FX-100,
Which one u suggest?

Yea I agree with Zeroize, don't even need to start comparing Panasonic with Canon... Thats what I did before I bought the 950IS, and was "enlightened" by many how silly I was.

Ya, Canon is selling their quality, if you looking for a good quality camera then better go for canon.
Although Panasonic Lumix DMC FX-100 is 12 megapixel, but not mean that is better, high megapixel is useful when you want to enlarge your photo size. Actually 7 megapixel is enough for a A4 size photo, then 5 megapixel enough for 4R size photo.  |

Just got the Canon 950IS. Haha add up to my Canon Family.
Full support Canon. Using G2, 850IS and now 950IS. Canon is the top range. Since you're Canon user, i think maybe u stick to Canon. User friendly and of course close up pic is great too. 950IS ehmm still got the feeling where the design is not as good as 850IS. Even the button also 850IS is better. Very true. 12.0MP it mean nothing. I usually using 1600 x 1200 resolution for picture. Good enough for me already. 12MP unless you want to take poster shot, but if poster shot u also won't such camera la... |
