Yea, that is the problem. From the previous message, I saw Lazada pre-order customers actually received an email regarding the compensation, but in Shopee if I remember correctly, it is just a notification that appeared inside the app, when I saw that notification, I am too happy that I could receive a rebate as a compensation, so I filled it up and submit it quick without taking any screenshot. After filling it up the notification disappeared, and now I am empty handed without any proofs to Shopee that I have chose to continue the order rather than cancel. Not sure what to do next. Its almost a month now since I got my TV.
And worst of all, I have requested softcopy invoice from them 3 times since 6th Aug, and until now I did not receive anything. Very fed-up with Shopee E-mart Customer Service, probably the first and last purchase from them.
