Hi, may i ask if you have received the RM100 rebate as late delivery compensation from Shopee? I received the TV 5th of Aug, but haven't receive my rebate. I chat with the shop agent, seems like they have no idea about this rebate, and say they are checking on that issue...

Yea, that is the problem. From the previous message, I saw Lazada pre-order customers actually received an email regarding the compensation, but in Shopee if I remember correctly, it is just a notification that appeared inside the app, when I saw that notification, I am too happy that I could receive a rebate as a compensation, so I filled it up and submit it quick without taking any screenshot. After filling it up the notification disappeared, and now I am empty handed without any proofs to Shopee that I have chose to continue the order rather than cancel. Not sure what to do next. Its almost a month now since I got my TV. cry.gif

And worst of all, I have requested softcopy invoice from them 3 times since 6th Aug, and until now I did not receive anything. Very fed-up with Shopee E-mart Customer Service, probably the first and last purchase from them.

Update, I have received my compensation from Shopee on 10.09.2021 finally. Unfortunately unlike Lazada that credit to your Lazada Wallet, its a single RM100 voucher, means you have to buy something to use that voucher for discount lol...
