If Khairi is so worry about scam, should insist the Vacinne ship to KKM first, then only distribute to Penang.

If Sinovac take the money ship to other people (Country) or never deliver, yes this is how scamming work, you scam Malaysia government to issue a letter and use the letter to buy vacinne.

Maybe you can argue Sinovac can ship to other country rather than Malaysia, so you think whoever issue the letter never though of this. Sinovac is full of people incompetent Sales team like Malaysian govenment? Cannot enter the address correctly and Malaysia do not have people to make sure it deliver to the correct address?

If YCK is a scammer, he offered free-donation of US$60 million = 2 million doses of Sinovac to the DAP Penang government but it will have to pay about RM1 million to his personal HSBC HK account for the deposit for the vaccines. YCK will make this request of DAP Penang by saying that his US$millions to pay for the deposit are stuck somewhere = same like Nigerian Prince and Scratch-and-Win scams.

In the letter only saying he will pay the deposit, and if the deal is successful between Sinovac and Penang, then he will settle the payment. The arrangment will be done between Sinovac and Penang directly, he is just the payee.

If you have work in any company or organization, in order for a company to pay somebody you need to create account, go thru quotation, purchase request, purchase order, invoice , Delievery Order, tons of approval. (I might be wrong, coz I only work in other field)

If any government personnel can just simply take out 1 Juta (even RM 10) and pay YCK, please report MACC/Police and get them arrested .

But the problem is they cannot, they cannot just maybank2u, cannot go to Penang account ATM to take out money to pay YCK.

so many devils lurking around in the forum, they really hate good deeds people try to do.

Good deeds are okay, everybody’s welcoming it.

But need to check first whether the offer is legitimate or not.

Everyone can offer the same thing too, 2 millions or 3 millions vaccines but is it really achievable?
Does that person have the capacity to fulfil it?

Why not KJ just approve it and see what's the next move from YCK? Is he going to ask deposit from Penang or not? Too many assumptions here.
Don't ASSUME it makes an ASS out of U and ME.
So far we didn't see anything wrong from it other than he is an anonymous donor.

If accept money, simple.
If accept vaccine, so many things need to collab with agency, donor, and supplier.
