Very modest guy, live in Semi D driving Alphard and old Mercs but can afford to donate 2 millions dose of vaccine which would cost minimum 32 million USD ($16 per dose)

It is not a scam. The man is just unstable. One minute his personal donation another minute his Hong Kong boss this and that. But he leaked out that the letter was drafted by dap and kj was in negotiations with him. Then both of them sandiwara in press conference lol.
