hihi sifu any idea why this issue happen?
riding pulsar ns200.
checked clutch cable and tried to release clutch to the max level, even the handle already loose.

clutch is original bajaj india.

Clutch lever have enough freeplay? 2-3cm
If not maybe the clutch spring worn out already.

got free play around1cm only.

Since you mentioned that you had your clutch changed, might wanna re-check installation. Most shop dont bother soaking/priming new plates in engine oil prior to installation. Aggressively running off dry unprimed clutch plates off the bat can instantly damage them beyond usability.

Additionally you might wanna check the clutch springs too
