I've purchase the item on 27 March 2021, and expected to be delivered on 17 April.
But they always last minutes call me and reschedule the delivery date.
First time - 16 April reschedule to 29 April
Second time - 27 April reschedule to 7 May
Third time - 5 May reschedule to 11 May
But I received the chairs on 29 April, unfortunately, one of the chair not in good condition, I've reported to the delivery driver immediately, he also agreed that, and helped me made the report.
and then I also sent the video to the sale-man at the same time, but after few days, Salesman told me that from my video can't see any problem, and ask me BRING THE CHAIR MYSELF go to the store to claim.
Even though they promised to be delivered on May 11th, but I received the dining table on May 12th 7pm. Unfortunately, I did not check the condition of table in detail during delivery, I found there is a stone chip in the next day morning and reported to the sale-man, now I'm still waiting his feedback. But I guess they will just simply reject me and close case.
between, I guess the delivery guy not from Harvey Norman. he is very rushing, no uniform and unprofessional, put the table down, take a picture and leave. not even giving me the order slip to sign.

Besides that, I've commented on their Facebook page, every time they will comment on the post ask to pm them, but they never reply my pm.
So disappointed with their service and feel so sad, RM4.2k buy a cacat product.
