I got U700 in Amethyst Violet  in SG today..

Actually, i was kind of shocked that it's so hard to download java games into the phone..so i gave up trying to..i found that there's no radio too..after a while, i think it's ok...i think the music player is only so so because it's really too soft..

i actually wanted to buy SE K810i but i really think SE designs are just plain ugly..

I think the U700 is really chio and that's the main reason i bought it (actually, i can't really say i buy it because the phone is free since i renew my mobile line contract)..i have pretty mixed feeling about the phone because of the features it have, i guess it's ok because i am a hard core music lover and i believe music should be listened from a dedicated cd/mp3 player with the best in ear monitor possible

Haha..ok, yeah, i went down with intention of buying SE k810i but hmmm i realised the offer is only online, it's too much of a hassle so i thought i might as well get the U700 since it's free and i can always change the phone after 21mths (when i can upgrade my phone again)..well, i tested the phone out and it's pretty fine..however, i am concerned about accidentally logging on the internet as the keypad is very sensitive..just a question, as long as i don't surf the net, there won't be any charges right? I must have logged in accidentally for more than 10 times today..L). I understand that charges is per data transmission...

Oh ya, i was talking about tweaking of the phone, it's really hard, haha..so i gave up..all in all, samsung has really the prettiest phone ard..

just an update a bit..
sent my phone to service cuz cant charge.. but actually the pin on the slot already crooked! i didn't notice.. but how come USB okie? haha..

well.. still waiting for them to call me to collect..

this is not the same unit which fell into the water..
that one cannot save liau.. replaced need RM600++ then i said no need..
but i went to collect it back after few weeks, it seems they have lost it or something.. cuz they look panic and told me the guy locked it inside the drawer.. ask me to get it next time..

but i sent in another unit which has the charging problem.. so the charging problem is another unit.. and it's been 2 weeks.. aihhh...

i got 2 units.. hehe..

wer u get the idea samsung warrant ur phone inclusive of dropping it underwater? if from samsung itself.. then i need to go up there liau!

i tink cannot get warranty for that kua..
cuz it's my carelessness... not parts defect or anything..

hey...i sent my phone fro repair. my phone couldnt send/receive msgs n calls most of the time. The signal thing shows for signal, but got symbol shows no service..didnt know wats the prob, couldnt find out. So i've sent to service centre to get it fixed. Now already almost 3 weeks not even done yet, they said 1 week only...haih

i called.. they said still not ready.. i asked em to check when did i submit my phone.. they said 9th may.. and now is 10th June!
they will call SME.. asked if i wanna call or they call..

finally call me back today sayin they will ship back here by end of the day or tomorrow..

hurm... just noticed that when viewing the *.gif, *.swf, animation files, seems its abit slower than we played in pc or other phone... anyone know how to increase the frame rate eh? 

especially when using MMS...

that's why i love the phone in the first place..

my ultra doesnt hang, but restarted a few times during complicated tasks.
