I just wanna know, does the new batch of U700 still have the paint peeling problem?

I seriously love the phone but I won't buy it unless I'm sure that the paint won't peel.

Hey, I've got a few questions to ask.

1. Are there games in this phone?
2. When you're talking to someone, does the calls accidentally get cut off because the touch sensitive buttons are near the face?
3. Let's say there's an incoming call, if you accidentally touched the touch sensitive buttons, does it cancel the call?
4. Is the sms function really troublesome?
