hey my sis in the UK using the phone bought frm malaysia so no warranty. now her phone dunno why suddenly the screen just shows pure black (but the phone is on). Took out battery replace still same problem. i'm thinking need to reflash firmware. can it be done? any reference links as to how to do it?
