im back..
i sent my 2 U700 for service last week.. to change the cover.. and check on the sliding mechanism..
both my phones unable to hear.. the transreceiver rosak.. can call but cannot hear a single thing.. both ends.. anyone have same prob?
one of it the screen totally blank!

well.. they asked to come back in a week time.. hopefully my phone will be as good as new then!

well.. i have 2.. one me and one gf..
both paints off.. hahaha.. but they will replaced it with this warranty claim.. and fix the receiver/slide

they said still waiting for the housing.. no stock..
wait until end of the week la..

well.. samsung just called.. they found out my phone submerged into water..
the cpu badly soaked.. haha.. they said warranty might be out..
but they tried to help laa.. guess it's a goner..

well.. i got one of my phone back..
the submarined U700 still waiting..

well.. they changed the housing for my phone and it looks brand new!
will see if the paint still scrape or not..

now the fixed phone cannot charge! no response when put to charger.. dang..

i can charge!
but with USB only...

im gettin new phone in august.. nokia 6210 navigator.. not launch yet..
so now using backup phone.. hahah.. old SE phone still ok ler..

well.. the 2nd phone which got soaked.. need to change mobo for 600++ so i said forget it..

but cuz soaked under water.. they found out.. haha.. say no more warranty.. void liau.. that's y to fix i need around 600 bucks.. so nevermind la..

confirmed it can charge using usb but cannot using charger..
will send it back to FMG again..

just an update a bit..
sent my phone to service cuz cant charge.. but actually the pin on the slot already crooked! i didn't notice.. but how come USB okie? haha..

well.. still waiting for them to call me to collect..

now still waiting.. 12 days already.. still no news. samsung

but this they said they send to the HQ to replace.. alamak..
i just called and as of today is exactly 14days liau..
still not done.. sumore the lady ask me to call directly to them to check.. apala!

this is not the same unit which fell into the water..
that one cannot save liau.. replaced need RM600++ then i said no need..
but i went to collect it back after few weeks, it seems they have lost it or something.. cuz they look panic and told me the guy locked it inside the drawer.. ask me to get it next time..

but i sent in another unit which has the charging problem.. so the charging problem is another unit.. and it's been 2 weeks.. aihhh...

i got 2 units.. hehe..

wer u get the idea samsung warrant ur phone inclusive of dropping it underwater? if from samsung itself.. then i need to go up there liau!

i tink cannot get warranty for that kua..
cuz it's my carelessness... not parts defect or anything..
well then.. i tot cheat them get a replacement.. but cannot. .haha..

finally call me back today sayin they will ship back here by end of the day or tomorrow..
i said i will come collect tomorrow..
