Do you guys find it hard to look at the Interface / Menu under the sun ? ..

Please check your phone thoroughly before purchasing it, Incase the paint of the phone have already peeled of or something .

ALSO..sun problem? If you are an outdoor person and always use ur phone Under the sun, DO set the brightness settings to 100%. It helps a lot and you can view the screen CLOSE to normal, well at least that is what happens to my eyes lar..seeing it ok with 100% brightness under the sun

You should go for it. I went to Sunway Pyramid and was quoted RM 1599 for 1GB and Bluetooth. If paying by cash, then it'll be Rm 1499.

If that is really FMG machine, then by all means .. go .. tell me which shop you went to. I'm getting it too .. haha ..

Can I transfer all my contacts from Sony Ericsson to Samsung ? .. are they using the same format ?

The contacts from Sony to Samsung, either you copy all to sim card to transfrer or you synchronice from sony to the PC the sync to the Samsung.

I just got mine last week, for rm1390 they guy was asking rm1399. hehe.. U700 silver, bluetooth wep210, 2gb memory.. it was in one of the Samsung Authorized dealer. all FMG. So its worth they money. Yeah.. viewing under the sun is kinda difficult coze of the shiny surface. And i keep on hitting the Maxis 3G button. duno how much will be postpaid will be at the end of month.. ehhehe

Because the Sony Ericsson send all contacts via bluetooth or infared function is just for sony to sony only.

sony contacts format does not match with samsung.. u can try saved it to sim memory then copy from sim to samsung phone.. then u can use the PC interface to edit the name.. cuz Sony's contacts end with /M or /H
e.g: CHENSTER/M -> for mobile or /H for house fon..

i send all contacts to pc in .vcf format. Then add them into PC's address book. After that, send them over through Samsung PC Suite. :P
