lazada refund slow ? emm...if lazada wallet should be immediate refund

Nowadays this also bullshit. Always says selected items only, but never point out what selected items are those

I always like Lazada all the while. For my area at least their in house LEX super reliable.

For coin redemption

happened to me last week during raya sale. bought the exercise bike, same seller with shopee but rm50 cheaper. paid with credit card.

the next day raya sale finished suddenly price dropped -100 with additional -50 voucher. cancelled the purchase, immediately approved.

bought again for 150 cheaper than shopee lol.

Lazada sampah, always pop up weird traffic error thing

Lazada when it comes to sales have better discounts.
Especially last call voucher release around evening or at night.
Like 6pm 8pm 10pm. Lazada Bank vouchers need to claim before a few weeks before sales starts as they will ran out of vouchers.
If you managed to collect before they ran out then you are still able to claim it.
Not like Shopee, need to claim immediately after collect them as Shopee Vouchers are first come and first serve usage.
Now Lazada provide free shipping daily but applied to selected products only. Not all are able to apply free shipping.

So for me, non electronics like groceries I buy from Shopee.
Electronics item from Lazada as they tend to be cheaper than Shopee due to the Lazada Bonus voucher on some products.
Lazada announced Bonus Voucher since 1st March 2021.
As bonus voucher can deduct RM10 minimum RM100.

UPDATE: The only only thing that I hate is the coins that not every product can apply coins. During sales unable to claim.

I stopped buying at Shoppe. Too many scams. I counted more than 10 scam postings. Try out for yourself, buy a smart TV.

My refund to Lazada Wallet took 3 days. The same refund to Shopee Wallet took 1 minute.

Still feel lazada interface is not user friendly enough like Shopee.

Pointless if there is no recourse for buyers!

I always use lazada because the lazada collection point.

So I can go pick up parcel at 7-eleven near my house. It is the main reason i use lazada.

last time I bought somethings from a China seller.
The seller sent some of the items incomplete/missing items.
I requested for refund and got the refund without sending anything back to the seller.

I think their last sale and the moreh event killed it ...... rm23 voucher everyone went crazy liao
