I'm eyeing at 65x85k. Currently online price is around RM4.5 - 4.9K with 2 yrs warranty. Any suggestion where to get better price? If buy during 11/11 can get better deal? As of pricing today, I don't see any difference or state any offer price. Or do i need to wait for 11/11 itself then I can only see offfer price? Is extended 2 yrs warranty worth to get for Sony TV? Desa home theater also have lazada. Bought my x90j from them too. They will deliver with their own transport but you'll have to install everything yourself.

From experience their Lazada price is jacked up, can get better price at their shop via their salesman.

Really? Last time I bought 65X90J for RM4990.

The price that I get when I called in during 12.12 is slightly higher and Lazada also can stack with bonus and credit card. Therefore I felt I dont want to waste my time trying to nego to reach Lazada final price after discount. I also do not have a lot of things to connect, just basically using streaming app most of the time.

My parents used to buy TV and BMB karaoke set since their shop is less than 1KM away from my house. Their service is also pretty good. However, since I was stretching my budget from 3k to 5k to finally buy a midrange TV, I just want to get the cheapest price.

Added bonus was also you gain some cash back, which subsequent purchases becomes more worth it. Desa Home was the only shop that has the TV and Denon X3700H which I was looking for... so the TV price I could cut RM580 from the Denon's purchase .

Lucky for me their X3700H was pretty competitive vs the rest, so I ended up getting from them. I think once you have the "cashbacks" their price becomes even more attractive, but I generally will look at Senheng first cause I'm from outstation (ps, Senheng don't carry Denon haha!)

is there any other shop beside the DESA HOME to recommend if interested to negotiate on price to getting a sony bravia XR TV?

Just bought 65X85K to replace my previous 55 LG Oled. I have Nvidia Shield TV 2019. When I connect with my previous Oled Tv i can play Netflix in Dolby Vision or UltraHD. But when I connect Shield to to X85K, I can only see HD content. Any setting to change so that I can see Dolby Vision/UltraHD on my X85K when connect to Nvidia Shield? I really like Nvidia Shield as they have Ai Scaling feature that will make HD movie looks like 4K.
Do you guys recommend me to use X85K alone OR X85K connect to Nvidia SHield?

The difference between LG B6 and that Sony X85K is like day n night. But too bad I don't have the budget to buy another Oled. This SOny is to replace the Oled which already badly burnt in. My family watch Astro and TV3 everyday so their logo already stick permanently to the Tv screen. Plus that Oled color become very weird. Digi telco color from yellow become green. Women lipstick from red become purple 

About the setting, I need to change at the TV setting itself right? Then only Nvidia able to see that TV is capable to display Dolby Vision?

Actually no... seems like is just 10 movies with 1 year validity 

TV are usually 16:9, but movies are usually scope. With some movies have remastered to 16:9 "IMAX" screen... like on Disney vs the blu-ray. But then again... lol my TV is in the bedroom... and if I were to watch proper movie I would be at the other room 

Well, I have not moved in yet. It’s gonna be watching these series and dramas on the A80K. Gonna save the bulb life 😂
