My name is JT, 27 years old.
I am in search for Angel Investors, bonus points if you could be my mentor too.

I have been providing freelance services but have only registered and started a small business management firm late-2020 and have onboarded and currently maintaining few clients. I am currently in the works of closing a deal with a MNC (pending cuz of MCO) ~ our biggest client yet, as their dedicated team in Malaysia. Initial presentations and talks have been done and we are just pending engagement to start before the end of the year.

To strengthen our grip, we'd like to showcase to the prospect how we should be able to support them in this assignment and/or project by assuring them we have the proper facilities and equipments.

Income from existing clients is not enough to rent an office spacious enough to house the team.

Funds to be raised will be use on the following:

1. Acquiring a decent office in a location convenient for the entire team to get easy access to affordable food, easy access to transportation.

2. Minor refurbishments to have a comfortable working environment.

3. Purchase of relevant office equipments such as tables, chairs and stationery.

4. Hiring of business development team to help bring in more clients.

5. Marketing to gain more exposure.

6. Other miscellaneous Bills, utilities, while the firm acquires more clients and generates more income.

Currently the firm is on sole proprietorship, but working with few partners. We would like to transition into a shared services centre after we achieve certain figures and be a sdn bhd in the future (with the right mentors and advisors to advice us along the way)

This is my full time job right now and I'm all-in.

I have too many plans and ideas in this venture and I'd only need a little bit of assist financially to kickstart this business, generate more profit and not just breakeven so I can slowly use more fund in the development of digital platform.

With the working capital injection that will cover perhaps the 1st year, I am confident that it will give the boost the firm needs and propel this venture to greater heights.
