Guys what is the suitable RAH to be set ? I have left mine ranging from 41 to 45, but mostly its idle at 40-410 RAh. Being afraid that its too dry, i recently raised it to 46 to 49 Rah.

Is that fine ?

45-47..vary abit so the LCD screen dont burn out

I see, i did not know that moisture was the cause for lcd failure. So i guess above 45 is good

Oh no affected by the humidity setting..i mean the LCD screen left to the same setting eg 45 for years may cause it to "burn in" like old monitors effect.. when no power u will see the ghost of 45 still there

i see, so is it good to change the RAH once a month 42-45 and then 45-48 ?

Generally for me 45 should be good..too low can dry out rubber seals and stuff too much when in storage. 45 is dry enough to stop mold/fungus issue based on my exp.

Some ppl go with the 35 to 45, I was taught the 45-55 range a decade ago.

Sony recommends about 40 to 50% RH.
Generally no issue since its kept in dry box
