So this started 2 days ago, I keep going to the toilet to pass bowel movement multiple times a day, sometimes even up to 5 times. I used to always only go to the toilet once a day or once every 2 days. But recently been going a few times and it's always after every session, shortly after I would have the feeling to go again, I would best describe the feeling as not in the stomach ( which usually is ) signaling me to poop, but it's at my butt, like the poop is already about to come out and hence forcing me to go.

My stool is soft, not hard, often large amount, definitely not constipation, no blood, no pain in my stomach, nothing. It's literally just having me to run the toilet multiple times because of that feeling, but it's weird because it doesn't comes from the stomach, it's straight like the poop is already at the exit of my butt and forcing me to go. Anyone got any idea or experience similar situation like me ?

Nope, just very normal loose / soft stool, comes out easily, no blood no pain nothing. Just suddenly often have the feeling to go toilet to pass it out, I'm better now and the feeling of wanting to go isn't as often.

Likely just a food poisoning.

But if it is “altered bowel movement” , for example like cycles of constipation diarrhea for no apparent reason, better have it thoroughly checked.
