Just read some post from other property, I found this is a BILIK JENAZAH room at LG floor. This is my first time to hear a condo with BILIK JENAZAH at LG floor. Is this common in setapak area? Not multipurpose room, it is a room specifically build for bilik jenazah only...1 for Muslim and 1 for non-Muslim. located at LG floor but luckily not near to the lifts or lobby. Just wonder this is common for setapak condo?

Hi guys...the SA told me some of the unit is include private utility rooms...its worth to get it? Need to pay extra Maintenance fee...anyone took an unit with private utility room?
