HI all, I almost become the onwer of this Edgewood Residence.
I like the private park and also the auto garbage system.

However, after visit to showroom, something not really good:
1. Too high density of the surrounding area
2. The layout not so good for my family - I need 2 rooms + a store room, the 3 + 1, the type C - extra room looks too small. It stretches the living room and thus making the 2rooms smaller.
3. Kitchen area too small for us, even though we can adjust some during renovation.

Anyway, still not final decision yet, will interested to see how is it for the whole township after both block A & B completed.

So far this is only one site I visited, as I staying nearby. 🤗

There’s one call SkySierra by the same developer, but too high density and too high floor for me.

Anther one is facing hill low density condominium, along MRR2, like 5 minute to Melawati Mall. But if using MRR2 as the daily main road, sounds not a good option for me.
