Passenger without approval… what do you guys do?, will I be liable?

Hi guys, wana ask your opinion on how to handle passenger without letters of approval. As I’ve been seeing quite a lot passenger without the letter.
Was wondering how do you guys deal with it? And would I be liable if passenger are not having the appropriate documents on roadbloacks? Many thanks… anyone please share ur experience 🙏 🤓 |
