other than senior citizens.
1) people with disabilities or/and chronic disease are part of phase 2. this includes disabled or/and chronic disease persons below 60yo.
2) also in phase 2 are teachers and journalists.
these groups have been announced as part of Phase 2 for a long time. I myself am under 60yo, disabled person with chronic disease (you won't know it if you meet me in person). i could have gotten a Phase 2 appointment this month. but I went for Astra Zeneca slot in early May
i personally know 5 folks in their 20-30s who got appointments. 2 OKU folks, 2 person with chronic disease and 1 teacher
additionally, sometimes below 60 ppl are lucky to get shots because someone did not turn up and no one from the backup list can come. i read some folks accompanying their parents getting shots
that said.. no doubt there are ppl who jumped queue..

that's because despite seinor citizens being prioritized, hesitancy towards AstraZeneca and supply issue for other vaccine brands slowed down their vaccination
originally AstraZeneca was made exclusive for senior citizens. that means around 1.4m AZ doses would have been entirely for the 2.2m senior citizens who have registered (as of June 8-9th).
but sadly due to blood clot fears, there was rejection towards AZ by senior citizens and it was made opt in.. where mostly 18years above chose to take it.
the senior citizens now are mostly given either sinovac or pfizer. but due to limited supply for those two brands, as of june 8, only round 1.2m out of 2.2m registered senior citizens had at least one shot or their first appointment.
if there wasn't so much fear towards AZ, with exclusive 1.4m AZ doses along with pfizer & sinovac, almost all registered senior citizens would have gotten atleast their first dose or first appointment already by now.
