Bang his door with the rest of your disgruntled neighbors. Are you sure it's four levels above, though? If you look and read the other threads, a lot of people, including myself, are facing the same issue. Either confront that neigbor, keep sending complaints to management and security, file a police report or if the worse comes to worst, retaliate.
