Coz they market themselves as the "better" brand out there   Since they shutdown the thread on LYN and avoided most feedback, it's clear something is amiss. the price per performance of the laptop are actually good, just that they dont control the incoming order. And when the incoming order suddenly overwhelm their staff workload, ppl gonna wait very long to get their laptop
