Not the knockout adaptation as I would like, it's missing the high octane and crazy pacing that you would expect from a Mark Millar book. If you have no knowledge of the original source, you might enjoy the show a bit more. The entire season only covers a fraction of the entire story. So felt underwhelmed by the slow development that just not hitting the full potential of what this show could have been. It's exactly like The Umbrella Academy, it only captures bits of pieces of original source but not committing fully to its essence. It's serviceable and not in comparison to what Amazon take on The Boys and The Invincible.
