However, there's the DuplexPlay app which is compatible with Samsung Tizen 2015 and above (All countries) Smart TVs. DuplexPlay is a more updated app IMO, but unlike the Smart IPTV app which has a one-time activation fee, DuplexPlay has a half-yearly $0.99 fee & an annual $1.99 activation fee. For those who purchase an annual Cobra4TV plan, they will also throw in an annual DuplexPlay sub for free.

The provider should put the channel list at the website so that potential customers can make the decision on whether to subscribe or not.

Yup and I hope it only gets cheaper...I mean, folks know what they are paying for here. Good thing is, throughout my testing...Played long hours on mobile devices (using the free WiFi at a car SC worked great too), smart TV, etc, and didn't experience any buffering after the initial buffering to get started. Naturally, it requires a stable network too.

I agree... Will inform them about this. They are currently revamping their website as you may have noticed that it looks slightly different from a few days ago when I recorded.

I'm still searching but nope haven't stumbled upon a 4K or 5.1 audio streams.. Let me look some more and report back.

GuyM... I browsed around and quite a number of titles are 5.1 audio..Some titles with multi-sub & audio languages too.. Can switch between. It could be my HT system or the IPTV apps themselves, but I couldn't get the true 5.1 audio to passthru successfully. IPTV Smarters Pro app does allow one to choose an external player. i chose Kodi and checking info shows it's DD5.1/DD+ 5.1, but still couldn't get the audio to pass-thru successfully. I mean, it does pass-thru, but my HT reads it as PCM audio instead of DD. Sounds good though, but that's the HT upscaling stuff. Perhaps a proper AVR will fare better.

Normally how long will it take for the merchant/reseller to email installation instruction after payment have been confirmed?

Hi... Should be within a couple of hours. Here's an excerpt from their FAQ page.

Ques: How long before I can use the service?
Ans: We activate all new accounts in a maximum of 4 hours after the invoice is paid. Just be patient.

In my case, I only got payment confirmation from cobra4tv and paypal.. waited for few hours no further email so I pm'ed direct via whatsapp and got an immediate response. So far the streaming service is as expected. trying out for 1 month

My apologies, but yeah... we know how these things are .. Sometimes, need to be a tad proactive to get quicker response. But hey, at least they are not only living up to the expected performance, but also fast customer service..

Does it come with Malaysia/HK channels?

Very little to zero Malaysian channels iirc... Later I’ll check the HK channels.. Are there any particular channels you’d like to know if it’s available? List out, ideally English alphabets la.. I can’t read the traditional Chinese, etc..

Edit... Went ahead to check on the iPad instead.. I couldn’t find any groups labeled from HK or China even.. So sorry, and these are the only Malaysian channels..

Hey, forgive the late reply.... Typically you don't need to use a VPN but I tested with the "Hideaway" service and didn't work. Unfortunately, it's the only PC VPN i have at the moment.. Malas na go purchase another.. lol... But hey, there are quite a number of Olympic channels.. Here are some screenshots from the Duplex Play app on Windows.


As you can see.. Got a few even from you know where.. Got at least 10 channels of that.. Then there are BEIN channels, and other USA or EUR channels..
