I already more than 8,weeks post surgery.

The SCAR CAUSE D skin adhered to muscle... I feel the tightness when i move tht area.

Any opinion?

Just wondering, what surgery you had? If there is no sharp pain when you move your muscles in the area, you might just have to live with it. You might want to continue doing whatever physio they told you to do post-op so that if some of the remaining scar are yet to fully heal, it wont stick to the muscle.
