Getting Started

ive got an ibook G4. Several days ago ive decided to reformat my unit n reinstall a fresh copy of Mac OS. The ibook comes with 2 dvds installation cd.The problem now is tat the 2nd dvd is a bit scratchy n cant be read by the cd-rom.ive tried burning another copy of the 2nd dvd but with no luck cause when i insert the duplicate my ibook just dont respond to it.
any1 can help me with this?where can i get those dvds or any1 wanna sell theirs?

try calling AppleCare 1800-803-638. in the USA, they will sell you a new set. I haven't tried here yet

I have Mac OS 10.3 Panther original CDs from my already-sold iBook but it was at my parents house. If you could wait, when I'm going back I can dig to find it for you. Err.. with reasonable prices la.. It's original right..

Go and get a replacement from a Mac Authorised Dealer but it will cause you a bit.
