With all the news about how hospitals are already maxed out though, I was thinking better not to take up another slot at a government hospital which could be used to attend to more critical patients instead? Hahahaha I figured that the results of the blood test and x ray should be sufficient

Most likely they made a mistake during data entry. Call them to inform them.
