Good location. Quite close proximity with Jakel/PV project.

Pricing seems benchmarked comparable with existing condos.

Total units are not indicated though....

Pv the smartest of all of them developers.

Mh platinum 2 almost sold out while other developments only start launching.

Mh platinum 2 - Edgewood - j satine(estimated) - m astra(estimated)

Though satine and mhp2 both under pv's jv with jakel and mh.

Is crazy. Can't imagine what will happen to the traffic at Jalan Genting Klang.
Now during peak hour also very bad jem. Future sure even worse.

I think jalan genting kelang will stay as busy as usual but the right turning road in front of pv128, jalan usahawan will be super congested in the future.

Mrt3 is coming albeit further down the road. Hopefully can take some traffic away from Jalan Pahang.

seems like mahsing on a roll lately.
pricing is tuned more align with market expectations unlike previous.

399k for 850sf is definitely more appealing

I think non bumi price is around 420k or 430k for m astra which makes edgewood extremely appealing at the moment.

For rental, yes.

For ownstay, I think the demand is still strong.

There are no other places in KL that are as cheap as Setapak and at the same time as good as.

Got a lot of demand for ownstay still, since it's near KL CBD and very cheap while having lots of commercial development (groceries/malls, F&B, health facilities) and good access to public transport (bus + LRT).

But rental can jiak sai dy 🤣 especially competing with subdivided units that rent out per room. Too many new developments that's nearer to KL CBD too, have to compete with those.

No, MH Platinum 2 is in Jalan Usahawan 6. This is in Jalan Usahawan 5.
