Well, the access during peak hour will be headache as it is opposite chinese school, at PJS1.
Outside 1120 park avenue always roadside parked with cars, behind of this project have a mosque if you ok.

Ya, the downside is the back of the project is high tension cable, beside school and mosque so will be quite jam during peak hour,

developer was blacklisted for not paying compound on 2018, but i think now should be paid off already.

Total unit 382 units, Type A (30 units) and Type B (352 units)

Bumi lot allocation 40%, non-bumi 60%

Total 19 floors. with 26 units per floor, total 4 lifts for sharing.

No dumping site on each floor. Must bring to outsite. (Good: hygiene and clear icon_idea.gif / bad: walk far biggrin.gif )

Water tank on the top of building. icon_rolleyes.gif

Indoor car park floor from ground to 4th floor. Outdoor car park got roof.

All unit come with minimum 2 car park, only highest floor units have 3 car park rclxms.gif

Lower floor units have either lower car park floor/ outdoor car park/ mixed. Higher floor unit's car park at higher car park floor.

Highest floor unit with 3 car park at 328k fixed. the rest units fixed at 320k (non-bumi price). thumbup.gif

Residential title

No shop in the apartment

Maintenance not more than rm300 per month thumbsup.gif

Im talking for non bumi unit. The facing the school almost sold out, only those unit facing HTC still got many.

if bumi unit, still got many unsold

Few families are here even it’s lunch time. Each took a unit. lol
facing school left 1 non bumi unit only.
It’s a good buy, rental is good too.
