Well, the access during peak hour will be headache as it is opposite chinese school, at PJS1.

Ya, the downside is the back of the project is high tension cable, beside school and mosque so will be quite jam during peak hour,
LOW DENSE , 382 units, 20 storey. Go to sunway damn near, okr also. This price, OK la wey! haha

developer was blacklisted for not paying compound on 2018, but i think now should be paid off already.
