Hey guys, was wondering if anyone here is aware of any good reusable face mask to get? I have been using Norwex face mask and only found out it has only 81% PFE rating - compared to disposable face masks with 96% PFE rating which is kinda huge diff. Responses appreciated.

Norvex is not 3 ply if i m not wrong. I once asked a Dr, he said as long as it's a 3 ply reusable/washable , then it's okay for low risk areas, ie not hospitals , less crowded places

If you're going to high risk crowded places like Hospitals, etc...best is still 3 ply disposable

if u go lazada or shopee u can easily find same material same thing for 10 times lesser price for norw.

uniqlo got pfe 99%, after wash 20 times still got 95%.
Somehow ppl dont really buy uniqlo in malaysia, overseas all the time out of stock. malaysia is like every store confirm got super many stocks. And its cheap.

really? Uniqlo? I heard of their face masks...sell in a pack of 3 rite? Didn't know they got PFE rating only.
Its the AIRism face mask rite?

Edit: I just checked their website. Only got BFE rating, no PFE rating. They have something called pollen particle filtration frequency but that's not PFE (Particulate Filtration Efficiency)

I see a lot of people walking/jogging outdoor without masks le. Kinda don't wanna take the risks.

Nope, only got BFE. A lot of companies out there saying got BFE but its not printed on the box. I call bull.


you can have a look at this video for some information. Covid-19 can live in the air for 3 hours minimum so yeah, best to take precaution...anywhere actually.
for light exercise, IMHO can't recommend the disposable masks because the mask may move around during exercise. I'd say reusable mask is your best bet.

Go to pharmacy. Look for quantum ion mask.

there's this line written in the UA product page

I do wear.
Better to wear

Reusable mask won't have such a high rating due to the material use.
You can get those with a replacable filter (middle layer).
