Start moving your body without the need of gym equipment.

Pick a time for workout and stick with it.

For me, I wake up at 5.20am and start exercise by 6am. Workout for 20-30 mins tops with lots of sweat. Take a bath thereafter. By 7:30am, you're good to have breakfast and get out to work.

Practice it and make it a habit.
