btw Oni Kabuto, personaly I thought its a very smart move to buy a condo nearby LRTs. Reason being :

1. You can opt to rent out the other rooms to tenants, and easily cover at least 50% of your monthly installments.

2. Should you want to upgrade to bigger n better properties say 5 years later, there wont be any shortage of tenants at positive cashflow.

cheers mate and enjoy the hunt smile.gif

In addition

Megah Court Condo/Apt at Jln Ipoh cost around RM150K-200K. Near to LRT/Monorail Titiwangsa. Plenty of bus to KL.

KL Casa Mutiara is guesss not bad..as the area is very to the heart of KL. I duno the exact location of it ..but since is near Hang Tuah...i guess somewhere there...working hours very congested lar....

Kelana is a very quite area to live ...but if you go work with LRT....Kelana Jaya Putra LRT is the termminal..haha..

good luck friend.

Casa Mutiara is located behind Swiss Garden KL, and its a newly completed service apartment. Walking distance to Berjaya TS + hang tuah monorail + star LRT, super convenient smile.gif
