Hi, does anyone have any info on this property? It's a malay reserved, right next to the Trees, Damansara Perdana. I can't seem to find any discussion about it. Is it still too new?

Hi, there’s a thread somewhere but yeah not much are known. I actually managed to contact their agent, got offered last unit but need to book for 5k, and plus if wnt the house to be tiled up, top up 18k. This is optional. Not much heard after. I didnt take it. Went with another property.

yeah.. there's at least 2 other Armani somewhere as well. But i couldnt find a thread for this Bukit Lanjan one. I talked to my agent sti ll got units, 900sqft at 580k. But all my agent so unresponsive so i got annoyed

plus the facility damn sad. so minimal. but the fact that its low density is pretty nice

If not mistaken the one i got was rumawip, and VO was 18k. One car park. The agent offered me the 580k one, two carparks and to me it didnt make sense to book without seeing the show room. They said it was in progress that time.

Hmm idk what to say and since The Trees residence are upset too. I read their reviews on Google. However better contact their agents for clarification. I didnt meet the qualification since im half malay haha.

I will advise to not buy anything associate with air mani (sperm) the developier is roti canai developier. One moment say A , one moment say B macam not finalized. This kind od developien better stay far far.

Yea.. I asked for showroom they also dont have. but piling has started?????? they refer it as The Trees 2. same developer
