Dilemma between Sony *stylish* models and IXUS latest model (which one huh?) and Canon Powershot A640 (is it good?) Can someone give me useful opinions?

Canon IXUS 950 or 850 better? ~_~ So confusingggg!

Go for FUJIFILM F50fd, the best photo quality you can get from a compact digital camera. Go for FUJIFILM thread to see it yourself...

You might also want to consider an Olympus 770SW or the recently launched 790SW. Shock, water and temperature proof It can go up to Mount Everest and still function (while most other cameras froze), go diving up to 5m or more (can't remember), if you drop it from 5 ft oso can survive Damn solid

You might wanna leave out Sony in your choices, other than stylish, it does nothing more..

I will go for 850IS. Ixus 950 don't have wide angle feature

i will also go for 850IS its much more featureful

while i will argue for you to go for the more feature-full one, you have to ask yourself if you want the style? If that makes you happier by touting a stylish looking camera and also makes you bring it out as much as possible, then heck go for the stylish one.
