Which one works better and faster, actifast or extra? Ayam day day got headache again, very leceh like this.

all same cos the active ingredient is jes paracetamol, normally 500mg

all those "fast acting" n watnot r jes marketing terms used by manufacturers

at most they just coat the tablets in gelatin or use capsules with thicker/thinner walls to gip feeling it is working fast/selow
