what is this 2 file? i try google found this say can disable

DumpStack.log
DumpStack.log.tmp

i try open say no premission, i try delete it say is a system file
modified time is time when i turn on pc

Opps..Sorry..

IINM, it is used when Windows has to write a dump and many reported it slow down the OS.
Better to disabled it in reg.

Disable all hidden files, problem solved. Both files are so tiny. Its not worth to fight over software design just to make them disappear.

windows only write memory dump if your OS crashed, the real culprit is the real time malware scanner, everytime you open file explorer windows defender will scan all the folders.
fast pc may not noticeable, slow pc and laptop will take performance hit.

And better dont touch the registry, one wrong move and you will have to reinstall os.

True. It's probably good to just leave those tiny size .log or .tmp files alone.
