change the whole wheelset and tyre.

greetings.
i just bought myself my first  folding bike. the model is Camp FoldX R. its quite heavy at 13kg. Any sugestion what part to change if i want to shave the weight a bit.
besi belakang tu apa nama? nak cari kat shopee. nak buat retro looking. just ordered mudguard on shopee and replace the padle with quick release model. later also planing to put front bakul and change the seat with leather look like color.  buat basikal gi pasar.

initially was intersted with raleigh classic, found out in youtube comment this bike actually copy of dahon boardwalk. end up with camp after sugestion from seller after search around for dahon with dismay. many shop currently dont have available unit.
